Tecnocontrol will refurbish the offices of the Catalan Water Agency in Barcelona

The Agència Catalana de L. Aigua has awarded to the joint venture formed by Tecnocontrol Servicios and Copisa the refurbishment works of its office building located at 260 Provença St. in Barcelona.

The property is arranged on ground floor, seven top-level floors, attic and over-attic and will involve 6,000 square metres of built surface.
