The Government of the Canary Islands has awarded Tecnocontrol Servicios the maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective), conservation, and improvement of the environmental standard of the facilities of 6 multi-purpose buildings mainly intended for administrative offices of the administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands (Lots I and II). In total, they add up to approximately 40,000 square meters of built-up area.
